San Francisco

So I always tell Cooper its time to get nervous when we see the green suitcases. That means they are going to leave us. The last time we saw the green suitcases they were gone for 3 whole weeks!


This time they were only gone for a few days and we stayed @ Aunt Sophie's house. Nana and Poppy were very happy to have us but Sophie, not so much.


Mommy told us to play gentle with Sophie (we hate that word) and she warned Cooper not to pounce and lunge @ Aunt Sophie because that makes her growl at him but of course, as usual, he didn't listen.


While Cooper was picking on Sophie, I sat on the windowsill looking for Daddy just like I do at home.

Even though we missed Mom and Dad, we had so much fun @ Nana and Poppy's. They even let us sleep in their bed with them.

They took us on lots of walks in the park too

After the park we slept on the sofa

Then it was time to play. . . how were we supposed to know that this was Nana's special doll and not a toy for us??

Mom and Dad had lots of fun in California without us, here are some pictures of their trip. ..

Our flight left @ 6:30 on Saturday morning.  We went with our friends Justin and Meredith.  Jeff always bring the laptop so that I can watch movies and he can sleep on the flight. We watched The Rock in anticipation of visiting Alcatraz while out in San Francisco. We arrived around lunch time, made a stop @ In and Out Burger for lunch and then headed over to the Golden Gate Bridge.

That night we drove out to Yosemite and spent the following day in the park.

The next day we drove out to Napa Valley for some wine tasting. I had some yummy grape juice :)

The next day we rode the ferry to Alcatraz island.  

Jeff and I love to travel so I'm sure we'll squeeze in another trip or two before our little one arrives.
